- ALL Quotes are FREE within 50kms ONE WAY from Queenstown, regardless of you accepting, some or all, or none of a submitted quote for work you have requested
- (Work beyond 100kms return) You are welcome to be patient and wait for us to be next in your town or location, in which case the assessment will be FREE
- (Work beyond 100kms return) If your want an assessment and quote for an earlier time, we will travel to you provide a quote, including our normal followup options. IF you then go ahead with AT LEAST 60% of work requested within 3 months, then your initial assessment quote is NO Charge.
- If you do NOT go ahead to book and confirm work within 4 weeks of travel to quote, then we will invoice you $50 + gst to cover minimum mileage and time. This fee never covers our costs, but it also deters people from wasting our time. (Sorry, but it is a fact)
